The FOMC members discussed how to disclose the more information and future guidance to the market and to reassure. The effects of FED's Twist are not yet visible on the Housing Market, Commercial Credit and M2 of Economy. However, impressions on the Commodity Prices vis-vi on Inflation are Casted. And, by default of the lower utilisation i.e. the higher prices to keep people away from the demand.
It seems that FOMC members are not sure about the impact of there own policies and prefer to play it on either side of the game.
IF FOMC's statement are to be believed there are on the verge of break down of any one hypothesis and totally unsure about the future.
